Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
• Feathered Roan ships to Canada and the United States. If you are needing shipping elsewhere please contact me and I will get you a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Time
• Orders ship out within 2-4 business days. Orders may take longer to ship during sales and holidays. 

Letter Mail 
• No tracking therefore there is no guaranteed shipping timeframe.
• In the event your package is lost or stolen Feathered Roan will not be held responsible.
• Choosing letter mail is at your own risk. 

Return Mail
• Please be 100% sure your address is correct when checking out.
• In the event your package is returned to Feathered Roan you are responsible for the return fees and the fees to resend the package. 

Local Pick Up
• All local pick up orders will be at Main Street Market in Strathmore unless you have made other arrangements with me. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Feathered Roan currently ships with Canada Post and uses high quality packaging to ship your items in so they arrive safely. Shipping prices are subject to change. If you have any questions about the shipping policy or local pick up please feel free to reach out to me.
